DUNGS Double Solenoid Valve DMV-D / DLE…/12 Series
DUNGS DMV…12 series consists of two automatic shut-off valves (V1 & V2) in one compact housing.
Used for safety shut-off and precise gas control in industrial and commercial burners.
- Fast closing action for both valves
- Fast-opening (DMV-D) or slow-opening (DMV-DLE) with adjustable fast stroke for start gas rate of valve V1 (depending on model)
- Adjustable opening delay and rate of rise (for slow-opening versions) eg: DMV-D, DMV-DLE
- Valve V2 is typically fast-opening for quick gas flow after V1 opens
- Designed for high flow rates with compact installation
- Internal pressure compensation ensures reliable performance
- Valve proving system compatibility (to check if valves are properly closed)
- Mountable in any position

- Gas furnaces

- Multi-stage or modulating burner systems
- Sizes: DN65 to DN 150
- Max. operating overpressure 0.5 mbar (50 kPa)
- Supply Voltage: 230V AC / 120V AC / 24V AC or DC (depending on configuration)
Variants:
- DMV 12: both valves fast-opening.
- DMV-D 12: double-solenoid valve, both valves fast-opening.
Manual limitation of gas flow is possible with main load adjustment (D) at valve 1 (V1).** - DMV-DLE 12: with adjustable start rate (slow-opening)
