The FLOTEQ UCC Series centrifugal pumps are premium, high-performance pumps designed specifically for applications where sanitary and hygienic standards are paramount. These pumps are ideal for industries requiring strict adherence to cleanliness and safety, including the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. They are developed with a focus on meeting European EHEDG and American 3A standards, ensuring they are suitable for the most stringent sanitary and bactericidal requirements.

The design of the UCC series is highly specialized, featuring a fully open impeller that eliminates dead ends in the flow path that could otherwise harbor bacteria or contaminants. This design choice not only ensures that the pump remains hygienic but also enhances its overall performance by allowing the pumped media to flow smoothly without obstruction. The materials used in the construction of the pump are of the highest quality, with all metal parts in contact with the pumped media made from AISI 316L stainless steel, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

• Wall thickness greater than 6 mm in the pump cavity, providing superior pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and low noise operation.
• Built-in sanitary mechanical seals, meeting both 3A and EHEDG standards, with options for single or double mechanical seals.
• 360° non-sanitary dead-end design: The design ensures that no part of the pump’s construction comes into contact with the medium, enhancing hygiene and ease of maintenance.
• The impeller and pump head are easily removable without special tooling, simplifying maintenance.
• No need for impeller-clearance adjustment, making the pump highly user-friendly.
• The series offers 7 different models, with a maximum flow rate of 200 m³/h, maximum working pressure of 90 m and can handle viscosities up to 800 cP.
